What is included in the
packages?
You can view the entire package list by clicking on the photo on the
Packages Page. Extra charges may be incurred for any work beyond what is
included in the package. This can include but is not limited to: Power cords, power
strips, extra lighting, extra man hours, and additions to the display.
Where can I set up the display?
The displays are designed to be set up indoors or in a covered area. They are not
designed for outside use.
What do we do with the display after Halloween?
The displays are yours to keep. We recommend you repack them in the boxes they came
with if possible and store for many Halloweens to come.
Installation Questions
What areas of the US do you offer this service?
Fright Squad will service anywhere in the continental United States.
I am not sure the display will fit the area
I have.
No problem. The Fright Squad can recommend and adjust many of the displays to fit
in your location.
Do I have to do anything before the Fright Squad
arrives?
Yes, clear area where your display will be set up. We will also need proper electrical
outlets as required by the package you select.. A Fright Squad representative will
explain this in more detail when you place your order.
Do I have to be home for the installation?
Someone will need to be available at the location. This can be you or someone authorized
to represent you including a caretaker or property management company with identification.
Someone over the age of 18 will need to be present to 'sign off' the installation.
Will you install product that I already own?
Unfortunately, we will not install products that you already own. We cannot guarantee
their quality or be responsible for them working through the duration of their installation.
Payment
How do I pay for the packages?
Your personal Fright Squad representative will provide you with your total charges
and coordinate your payments. The Fright Squad excepts credit cards and business
checks. 50% of the total charges is payable when placing your order the remaining
balance is due on the installation date. Orders that do not require installation
require 100% payment at time of order.
What if I change my mind after I place my
order?
Due to the customization of this program no refunds or returns will be accepted
except if items are damaged.
Timing Questions
How long does installation take?
We typically send a team to every install to ensure as little home interruption
as possible. Even the largest of installs will be completed in 2 days at the most.
How soon should I call to schedule an install?
Contact us as soon as you know you'd like to use our services. The installation
period is only 6 weeks long and we are limited on the amount of packages available.
Call as soon as possible to reserve you installation dates as spots are going quickly!
How soon can I have a display set up?
Your Fright Squad appointment will be scheduled at least one day after the scheduled
arrival of the merchandise. The earlier you order, the sooner you will get an appointment
and you will not run the risk of the Fright Squad's schedule filling up.
Shipping Questions
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges will vary based on the package selected and your shipping location.
Actual shipping charges will be provided by your Fright Squad representative at
the time of reservation.
We will make every effort to obtain package components from your local Spirit Halloween
store to expedite the installation process and reduce shipping charges.

Who uses a services like this?
We can decorate any premises and can offer a beautiful theme for any building right
from a football stadium or race course to a small office, retail shop, home sweet
home - and everything in between. .
Does Spirit Halloween/Fright Squad carry liability
insurance?
The Fright Squad are trained, insured, and bonded professionals. Proof of insurance
is available upon request.
Privacy Questions
I'm private about my home and affairs. I am
not on having strangers in my home.
We offer a confidentiality agreement with every home owner. We are there to do a
job and don't even need to know who the home belongs to if you prefer. We are very
discreet and respectful which has earned us a high end client list.
